I confess that I was surprised, it was much more comfortable and peaceful, more than I imagined. the room and bathroom were impeccably clean and fragrant, the bed was simple but, very comfortable, the environment had a good energy, the location was very good. My entire experience was great!

La chambre était comme sur la photo et confortable. Ça été un bon séjour grâce à Madame Chiara et sa chambre. J'ai particulièrement aimé la terrasse:)

Very comfortable and clean. Nice modern apartment with a good shower. Chiara is very friendly. Very close the the DumBO centre where our event was being held which is why I chose this apartment. Very accessible to buses to Bologna centre and bus to airport.

The apartment was clean, smelt wonderful, and was walking distance to the city. Check-in directions could be clearer. When we arrived at night, we didn’t know which bell to ring, stood there for some time and eventually guessed the right one. The neighborhood itself was nice, although just a few minutes away is quite a rough part of town (from our perspective- parking lots of permanent campers, smelling of unsanitary conditions, and questionable people lurking around). We only saw Chiara for about two minutes, she seemed friendly. When checking out, there wasn’t any specific directions. The room was perfect for us, the balcony amazing, and the bathroom was also spacious and clean. One thing we would’ve been good to know beforehand, is that the bedroom door does not have a key to lock it, therefore this left us a bit uncomfortable in the night. Overall, we enjoyed the apartment but a few small things could have been improved.
