This house is a perfect place to explore wild southern part of the island. We enjoyed our stay very much!

It was a very pleasant stay. We spent a nice 4 days in a Cretan village. Very spacious apartment, excellent kitchen equipment, very clean, great wi-fi. Everything worked and everything went well. Nice hosts, communication immediate and without problem. There is no shop or tavern in the village. It is advisable to have own car.

We spent a very nice holiday in Maria's house "Fabrica Residencia". On arrival we were welcomed by Andreas and Martina. We were happy about wine, fruits and cookies. The house is big and beautifully furnished. The two terraces offer a view of the surrounding mountains. First we had booked for 12 days. Because we liked it so much, we extended our stay by 5 days. With Andreas we had a very pleasant and fast communication in English. In the evening after the arrival we visited the tavern "Vriskoumeno" in the village Vagionia. This is also recommended. We are happy to come back to Maria's house. Axel and Rike
