Light-filled basement apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for 1-2 guests. Extremely cozy, clean, and comfortable. Our family lives upstairs, which can lead to a little noise. The apartment is below our home so we can only accommodate guests on the reservation. The neighborhood is quiet but the Dekum Triangle is about 3 blocks away and is bustling with places to eat and drink. Apartment with kitchen and bathroom, in the basement of a family home.

The place was perfect for our weekend visit to Portland! Very comfy and had all the amenities we needed.
The stay is nice and quaint for what you need. It has all the amenities that you should need for a short stay, especially if you plan on being away from the location for extended periods of time. My gf and I spent most of our time out and about, but when we returned it was a nice secluded space for what we wanted. It is a bit small so for big and tall people be wary, but other than that it’s perfect for what you need for anybody who wants a minimalistic stay. Would stay again.
second time staying there, everything as it should be
This great place is on a quiet road only 2 blocks from a main road. We were traveling without a car and this is an excellent location. My husband and I both were amazed at how private it felt. We loved it. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is 4 blocks from the Dekum triangle in Woodlawn. Lots of places to get food, drinks, and there’s a charming park down the street.
There’s a number 6 bus very close by and a lyft is always near by. Walk to coffee and food in about 3 blocks.
