The WiFi wouldn’t work when we would connect it to our devices and even on the TV. The washing machine wasn’t working property and would make very loud screeching when in use.

Great place, very large and spacious. Used the pool and hot tub a lot.

For our family, this location is not at beach access. it is close to a beach wall which is different when you have someone who does not walk long distances. we were not told there was construction right next door that would be building early morning til sun down daily. it was loud the entire time we were there. Numerous times we had to call to have the pool and hot tub maintenced, finally our last day it was in proper working order. the washer and dryer are junk. We washed clothes numerous times and they still did not come clean, dryer took 3 hours a load. the space is huge and provides alot of room, we could spread out as a family which was great. I would suggest an alarm on the door for the pool. the internet went in and out not sure why. Sitting out on the back patio at night one night there was a sewer rat on the top of the fence. this location could use some tlc. lots of little things like shower heads need replaced, sinks don't drain properly, painting is sloppy.

Overall the house is huge, fully functional and well stocked. All rooms were big and the pool and hottub were clean and relaxing. Easy check-in and check-out instruction. Amazing accommodations upon extending our checkout. A very good rental. We would stay with SPI again.

House is very nice for a large family we had plenty of beds and room space for everyone. the pool and hot tub was a hit with us also enjoyed the pool table and the close walking distance to the bay side.
