Ray has a great thing going. It’s a great value for what I paid. Ray was very nice and easy to stay with. The house is semi shared with the host as he comes into the house through the garage to go downstairs. It wasn’t a problem for us to share the space in this limited way. The location was conveniently close to a lot. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed stay for a good price.

Clean, kind, and well maintained. This is not a private unit even if both bedrooms are rented.

Ray was awesome. He gave me plenty of privacy while also letting me know that he was available if there were any issues. Very comfortable stay and very enjoyable area. Close to good food and the freeway making it very accessible.

Great place to stay. Close to everything, easy to get in and out of. Exceptionally clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Ray is a wonderful host.
