My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Cape Resort’s. Great location, right on Washington street mall, so very walkable to everything, restaurants, shops, and beach. The unit was on the second floor, so definitely need to walk up some stairs but not a problem for us. The bedroom was on the small side but the king size bed was very comfortable and enough storage with a generous closet and dresser and a tv. Bathroom was very beautiful, with an amazing shower, vanity and very luxurious towels and robes. The living room was an open space that had a couch with 2 foot stools, a nice sized tv, a dining table, and a kitchen. The space over looks the mall area and we enjoyed the view. Everything was well thought out and comfy. The only suggestion we have is to include better cooking utensils and tops to the pots and pans, also maybe some basic spices, salt and pepper and maybe some olive oil so we would be able to cook. We love to cook when we visit Airbnbs so that was our only disappointment.

The location is perfect, right above the town with the beach and tons of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The suite looked nice upon entering but we ran into a few issues during our stay. The first issue was the air conditioning. The suite must’ve been at least 80+ degrees as the AC was off when we entered. I quickly found out it was programmed to shut off after ~ 45 min. I don’t think we ever got the room to be under 75 degrees which was miserable as it was 90 degrees out that day. Second was with our bed being broke. After a long day we got back and just wanted to get to bed. Unfortunately I barely slept as the bed felt like it was going to break and made horribly loud noises whenever one moved. Other minor issues included: - Concierge sending multiple automated texts but then not responding back - Shower head wasn’t adjustable and positioned awkwardly - Smart tvs were not smart enough to stream - hit with hidden tax upon check out For this price one expects better.

Loved staying here. Clean beautiful apartment, right on the mall, what more could you ask for? We'll be back.
