Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% (not including any Airbnb services fees.) Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund (not including any Airbnb services fees.) Age Requirements: You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation with SPI Rentals. ID must be presented upon check-in & must match the name on your Airbnb account and reservation. This person will be responsible for checking in to the home and must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guest who falsifies this information will not be permitted to check-in and will not be eligible for a refund. Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2024): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee. Wristband Policy & Additional Wristband Fees: Wristbands are required for all guests (March 1st - April 9th, 2024). Wristbands are $25 plus tax, per person & must be paid within 72 hours of booking.
