Dear future guest, here are my thoughts about Stephan's place, I hope you find them helpful, and you enjoy this place as much as I did. First of all, the apartment is very nice and modern, has very cool features like electric blinds and the key system is extremely secure, in fact all the building has the same system so you feel very safe. The bathroom is great, you will find a very nice shower with perfect water pressure, I am not sure if that is an important fact to you, but it is to me :). The kitchen is very good as well, and you will find the basic cooking tools. You will need to buy all you may need for cooking (e.g. salt, pepper, butter, oil, etc.) but do not worry because you have a nice all natural super market just few blocks from the place. Second, great location! the neighborhood is quiet and nice, some little streets can be a bit dark at night so just be aware of that. This place is literally a couple of blocks away of small shopping stores (and few big ones too), restaurants, coffee shops, fresh produce market, and the U metro station, which will allow you to literally go almost everywhere from here. Third, it was very clean! and a crew of very nice ladies came every day to clean up as well. Fourth, free WiFi, just keep in mind this is a residential place so the speed may be slower that the one you will get in some other places. Last but not least, Stephan was a great host, always responsive, there at the time of check in and check out, and provided goof info about restaurants around. Enjoy your stay!

Internet sucks, no cleaning every day, no one available at the time of checkout, will go for some hotel at this price.
