I was lucky to stay at Nigar’s house and what a lovely host they both were. My first day, Nigar showed me where all the closest beaches, restaurants and grocery was. Told me about the extra delicious food trucks and recommendations were spot on. I regret not eating more food. She checked in on me as I was a solo traveler here for the first time and was very attentive to any questions I had. This is perfect location for Miami Beach, piston fish fry and so many other destinations. Nigar told me all about the public transportation and I was so thankful for that when I walked too far and had to catch a ZR. They also drove me to the airport and it gave me enough time to get breakfast and a swim before my flight. I was so relaxed and felt extremely safe staying here. The AC was also such a great extra for those really hot days. I always felt relaxed when I came back for the evening. All the necessities were there. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Barbados!

I just landed in Montreal and I needed to take a good seat and write this… Nigar and Franklin…you guys are just lovely So we had the opportunity and chance to meet both host who treated us like prince and princess. So welcoming, telling you exactly what where and how to do things so that your stay should be lovely. Good welcoming, picking you up and dropping you at the location with her big pretty smile. Talking about the commodities, every single detail is well placed . I have nothing to say. Clean room, nice leaving room, great and large bathroom, clean kitchen, wide veranda, a beautiful neighborhood,,, just 4 minutes away from the beautiful blue beach of Miami Beach. Food, omg you a just 5 minutes from the wonderful Oistins fry fish headquarters. Honestly we had a blast time, drank some vodka together, had a great conversations, you made me fall in love with Barbados. You guys are lovely! Thanks again Nigar and Franklin..6stars!!!! See you soon! ♥️💐

Nigar and Neil are very good hosts, friendly and swift response to any requests. House easy enough to find, clean, plenty of room to stretch out comfortable bed, with a great shower in the bathroom. Pleasant seating area at the front too, Location was fine for me, however it is uphill from Oistins sea front, so if you aren't driving, and can't handle the steps, it may require a taxi. You have to get used to the early morning wake up call from the local roosters, so if you need your 'eight hours a night' you might have to hit the sack early. So in all, 8.5 / 10 for me.

Nigar est une hôte exceptionnelle! Elle a pris le temps de venir me montrer le quartier, de m’expliquer le transport, de me donner des conseils utiles. L’appartement est tel que décrit et correspond aux photos. C’est tranquille, très propre. L’internet fonctionne bien. C’est près de tout dans une distance de 10 minutes à pieds. La seule chose, c’est qu’on doit prendre un taxi pour revenir lorsque le soleil est couché, mais pas cher, environ 7,50$ us, tant que le soleil est là, aucun problème! Apportez des bouchons pour les oreilles, les coqs adorent chanter tôt le matin, mais cela n’a aucun lien avec l’appartement, j’ai vu des coqs partout à la Barbade, donc cela vaut pour n’importe quel appartement! J’ai adoré, je retournerais sans hésiter! Merci pour tout Nigar et M. Franklin ! J’ai adoré la Barbade et vous y êtes pour beaucoup!

Je suis restée 8 nuits, j’ai dû prolonger mon séjour d’une nuit à cause de l’avion, voir mon commentaire précédent.
