太棒了👏，房间干净整洁，生活用具齐全，还可以烧烤！充满阳光 公寓有保安，楼下靠近公园，还有游乐设施，治安好！楼上平台观景很棒，在露台喝咖啡，赏景，很惬意 真的就像自己的家一样，和Carlos一家就像认识了很久的朋友，孩子们在一起玩的非常好，真是太难得了！ Carlos一家热情，好客，强烈推荐， 来阿雷基帕旅游的朋友们你们也一定要住Carols家，会让你们的旅程既惊喜又舒服 谢谢Carlos 一家人，祝你们健康幸福

It was rainy season in Arequipa and the night before we arrived, the place we were supposed to rent had a major leak in the roof. Carlos offered us a choice of staying in that apartment or replacing it with another apartment that was just as nice if not nicer. Did I mention it was rainy season in Arequipa? We chose the alternative and were very happy. It was roomy, comfortable and had one of the best showers we’ve ever experienced on the road. All of the amenities listed in the apartments in this building are legit. We’d definitely stay here again.

El Jacuzzi necesitaba mantenimiento ya que al poner en funcionamiento el hidromasaje salía mucha suciedad y pelos; por lo demás todo muy bien.

I fully recommend Las Condes Apart for your upcoming stay. Carlos make you feel like you are at home, he is very responsive, and he was a great support for me while staying by providing me tips for good restaurant and places to visit, even for shopping the great Alpaca products. If I have to back to Arequipa, I’d love to stay in the same place. It just took me 20 minutes to walk to Plaza de Armas. Thank you Carlos for your kind attention! Hope to see you the next!
