Beautifully designed new house only a few minutes walk from the Alexandra CBD but it feels like it is on the outskirts and far away from everything as it backs onto a reserve. We felt super comfortable and relaxed from the minute we arrived. You can tell the owners are big foodies which we appreciated with a lovely range of cookbooks to flick through and all the cooking utensils imaginable, plus fresh herbs in the garden. Beautiful outdoor table and bbq for outdoor dining as the sun went down. Karen was a great host checking if we needed anything extra for our two young children and setting up a spare mattress for our toddler. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend for a family get away. I wish it was my home. Thank you!!!

My husband and I had four wonderful days over Christmas staying at Karen's house. its spacious, very well presented, has beautiful views and everything one needs for a good holiday!

Karen's place was great. She was great in communicating, check-in was a breeze, everything was spotless, and there was ample parking. The views and porch were fantastic and there were lovely touches throughout the unit like flowers and creamer. Downtown was walking distance, tons of wineries close by, and there is a lovely restaurant (La Bella Vita) across the grounds, up a path and across a shaky bridge. We had a great time here and highly recommend it.
