I was there in January and there was so much snow on the road that it was impossible to get there by car, walking there was very difficult. There was no running water, the house was full of mouse feces and the beds and blankets were quite dirty. So apparently nobody checked this accomodation before and I find it irresponsible to rent it out that time of the year when it's barely possible to get there or have running water. Luckily I got my money back from AirCare.
