Sylvia was a delightful host and her apartment was a perfect getaway. The only thing I missed having was maybe a convection oven for cooking up bigger take home items like a pizza. We ended up spending more money on food because we were limited on our options, but it was still a beautiful location, with quick access to Fort Myers beach and a lovely deck for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the late afternoon. Sylvia was very proactive in her communication and we appreciated her concern for our comfort. I would highly recommend Sylvia’s place! :)

Sylvia's place was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quite and it's a short way to the beach. The communication with Sylvia was very pleasant. We can highly recommend her accommodation.

A real gem! I didn't want to leave and would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others. My family stayed at places nearby and paid a fortune.

Sylvia’s place was nice, clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. The location was convenient to the beach and eateries. The neighborhood is quiet and in the evening we really enjoyed watching the pelicans dive for fish in the canal. Thanks Sylvia! Colleen n Bob

Only thing I would suggest is to keep a broom or vacuum in the laundry room so guests can sweep the sand up throughout their visit (even after washing our feet off we still tracked sand inside)
