Very lovely chateau, with immensely beautiful and private gardens, forest, lake and fields. The chateau was well equipped with everything you need to cook large group meals in comfort and hang out inside. The swimming pool, tennis courts and outside spaces in general were wonderful. It is obviously a remote location, quite far from anywhere although we still managed to use the local taxi and train to go into Les Mans for a good night out (be careful as taxis don't run all night there, it is not Paris of course). We drove to the Loire valley, which although far is still accessible for a day trip if you're happy to drive. We loved it and would recommend it 100%.
