Friendly hosts and the house was in a nice part of Davenport. My only issues were probably with the other guests in the house and the way they kept the bathroom. One of the guests had a dog which is fine but there would be a urine pad for the dog in the guests room that you could smell from the hallway. Of course the dog has to use the bathroom but I'd suggest keeping that door closed at least. Also when the other guests used the bathroom they didnt clean the toilet so there would be skin marks on the toilet and stains on the seat

Perfect location near the sights in Orlando. Nelie and Barry were quick to respond and helpfull with transportation around the area.

Our stay was alright. I feel honesty is best for these. we were lucky to get a private room and bathroom in the house, however there are long term guests in the home and some share their bathroom. Cleanliness was ok, the house is lived in so it looks lived in. Nellie was still cleaning up after a previous guest when we arrived. Barry did make breakfast each morning which was always really good and made for any allergy preferences! The house was very warm. if you choose to stay keep in mind it's a shared space and you need to be ok/comfortable with that! the house is in a gated community with many amenities such as pool, hot tub, mini gulf, pool, ect... Other house mates are super friendly!
