Only irritation was the pet hair everywhere, even after sweeping up multiple times it reappears. Most mornings dead cockroaches will appear in living area/kitchen. Also having no ironing board was an inconvenience, especially with long stays. But other than that it is a nice place.

Melanie is a friendly, helpful, open and overall lovely host. A star host. Her place is conveniently located, with all the facilities to provide the convenience one needs in a holiday home, or home away from home.

What a pleasant stay, more than what we expected! Perfect location close to center of Stellenbosch and winelands. We loved the privacy and the spacious rooms and living area. The check in and check out is easy and Melanie’s communication is very good and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about this place and Stellenbosch. Highly recommend! Will definitely visit again. Thank you Melanie.
