the apartment is located in a nice quiet alley behind a lake. the place is very quiet compared to other apartments located along main roads in Hanoi. the unit is slightly faded at its edges. but Nga runs her place very well and very efficient. everything that you need as a traveller can be found in the house.

The house has two units per floor with a full kitchen on 1F and laundry machines with lots of hanging drying racks on 5F. Our 3F studio had private kitchenette on the balcony. Nice to have a desk with an office chair for working. Great hot water in shower and kitchen sink. Bed comfortable. Room had AC and fans. It was a little inconvenient to have only one set of keys so that if only one of us went out, the other had to go downstairs to unlock/lock the metal door. Quiet alley but near restaurants, markets and bus stops to get around the city. Hostess Mrs Nga was very helpful to receive our Lazada packages for us.
