We really enjoyed our stay with Marco and Pilar. They are just the sweetest and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The house is spotless. We were the only ones renting a room in the house (there are 3 available in total) and it was easy sharing the kitchen and backyard. We loved the pool and used it daily! They also have cute apartments on the same property so it’s worth asking about those if you’d prefer to stay longer and in a more private space. We loved staying in the house though as it gave us more opportunities to interact with Pilar & Marco. We definitely recommend staying here!

Marco and Pilar are gracious hosts. Marco offered and provided us transportation to and from the house. They opened up their home to us and were great hosts. Just a block from the water in Calderitas, close to Oxtankah, and many delicious restaurants. Great area for walking. Everybody we met in both Calderitas and Chetumal were friendly and helpful. We hope to be back next year.
