Apartment with perfect lighting all day, the decoration is very minimalist to give priority to lighting and cleaning, very fresh since it has south orientation, quiet and quiet with soundproof windows, and very central in second line, just 100 meters from the main square of the Medano, and 120 meters to the beach, perfect for families of four people and with the possibility of requesting a playground for a small child. This is a home away from home. A bright, clean and airy apartment, but also the apartment is a quiet and relaxing space. It is a short walk from the scarce 100 meters of the promenade and the Médano beach, and also right next to the main square with a fantastic park for children. So you will be in the center of El Médano.

We had a great stay at Juan Roberto's apartment. He was very flexible regarding our arriving. The apartment is great, clean and the kitchen allow to cook at home easily. The location is in Medano so close to all shops, and close to the TWS center for windsurf/Kite rental. Recommend it!

Juan was an amazing host. He was waiting for us in front of the apartment in late evening. He showed us the equipment of the apartment and gave us a local tips. In fridge there was a suprise from him like wine, chese, jamon, chorizo, etc. The appartmetlnt is equiped by all neccesary things like wash maschine and basic stufs to cook including of cofee, tea, oil, spicesand so on. We realy enjoyed or week in there and we can honestly recomend it. Hopefuly we will come back soon.

Spacious apartments near the town center and two minutes walk from the beach. Aтв big parking just in front. Everything you need for a short-term staying. Bit, it case of staying for more than an a week, you will actualise a lot of small distracting things, which means that apartments are not maintained well. Hope that it will change soon. Good luck to Juan!

Nice apartment. Great location! 2 minutes to beach where all the kite surfing is. Big parking lot right around the corner. Everything you want to do in El Medano is a short walk.

The Médano is one of the most charming beaches in the south of Tenerife, whether you are passionate about water sports or want to enjoy a fantastic family day. The beach has the distinction of Blue Flag, which guarantees high quality services and optimal water conditions for bathing.
The beach of El Médano, located in the municipality of Granadilla de Abona, stands out for the beauty of its fine gray sand and the majestic view of the volcanic cone Montaña Roja.
The area closest to the town is the most familiar and with less waves. As you go along the promenade you will find surf shops, restaurants and cafes, in a very cosmopolitan atmosphere.
The area furthest from the town is ideal for windsurfing and kitesurfing. On this beach, world-renowned championships such as the World Windsurfing and Kitesurfing Championships are usually held.

出行信息

The bus and taxi station are very close, and Tenerife South Airport is only 12 km away. and by taxi about twenty minutes with an approximate cost of € 15. El Médano is also well connected to the rest of Tenerife via the TF1 motorway. There is a large free parking lot just behind the apartment, and you can also park freely in all the surroundings, without major parking problems except on days when there are special events as it receives many visitors from all parts of the island.
