We booked this place on the same day and were blown away by the host's immediate response and seamless check-in process. Within minutes of our booking, we were comfortably settled in. The location couldn't have been better – just a short walk to the train station, and in the opposite direction, a quick stroll to all the attractions in the city center. The convenience factor alone made our stay incredibly enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely book this place again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in a prime location!

The apartment is beautiful and felt like an upscale hotel. The location was perfect and walkable to all the area sites. And the hosts were friendly and flexible when we asked to check in a bit earlier. I would stay here again and would fully recommend this loft to anyone staying in Florence.

Newly renovated, spacious Airbnb. Within walking distance to all major tourist sites & train station. Fully equipped large kitchen. The following were not deal breakers for me but might be for others: apt is on 2nd floor (no elevator as it’s an older building), steps to the loft/upstairs bedroom are steep and narrow, noise from the street travels into the apt, central heating kept at 19C/66F during fall/winter/spring (there’s a wall unit in the loft upstairs, but it obviously does not heat the downstairs), shower is relatively small, and you have to take out the trash at the end of your stay. I was aware of these things from previous comments and did not mind them. I thought the place was wonderful and would stay there again. Host was very responsive and attentive to details. I appreciated the guide they provided as well as the housewarming gift. Apt was spotless, which was important to me.
