James was a great host. From the beginning of our trip to the last day, he was always making sure our stay was exceptional. We flew in late the first day and he had the lights on for us and called us to make sure we had gotten into town okay. This apartment was perfect for our mother /daughter vacation.

Great location! This location provides easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Lots of extras provided.

Perfect location on the strip if you looking for peace and quiet. Easy access to the beach. Everything you need for the beach is at the house. We used Uber and Lyft to go out to eat at night. The trolley was unreliable. I would definitely stay there again.

This place was exactly as described and a perfect location…beach was just a short walk away! Loved the lanai!

Very close to the beach-a quick 3 minute walk. The apartment is a bit outdated, but it has everything you need. We spent most of our time at the beach anyway. The bikes, sand toys, and chairs are nice to have.
