A modern apartment with two confortable bedrooms, in the very heart of centric Vedado district, two blocks away from Havana University, Habana Libre hotel and a Wi-Fi connectivity zone. Located in a quiet neighborhood and next to important facilities, such as currency exchange offices, shops, movies and theaters, nightclubs, restaurants... Five minutes away from popular “Malecon” sea wall promenade, 15 minutos de Habana Vieja y 30 del aeropuerto José Martí. Clean, modern bedrooms with state-of-the-art air conditioning, 24-hour hot/cold water supply, wide windows. Small guest room furnished with TV, divans, and a table with chairs. Refrigerator (drinks supplied on request). Parking available in front of building. We provide arrangement for transportation from/to the airport, as previously agreed with guests, as well as laundry and ironing services if required. We also provide information on tourist destinations, museums, means of transportation, etc.

Great hosts!
Maisonnette's place is ideal for a Havana visit. It is located in a neighborhood full of places to eat, shop and sightsee. The apartment is spotless, plenty big and safe. We enjoyed our breakfasts prepared by Rafael and Teresa, they are very gracious, kind and good cooks. Rafael and Teresa also provided inspiring ideas about places to visit and transportation tips that made our trip much more pleasant. Having reliable hosts and place to stay eased most of the travel stress, our trip was amazing.
Recomiendo totalmente la Maisonnette para quienes quieran disfrutar de La Habana. La ubicación es excelente, el apartamento muy cómodo y sobre todo los anfitriones muy amables. Muchas gracias a Tere y Rafa por su hospitalidad!
Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette appartement très propre et bien situé. Les hôtes ont été super sympathique, ils nous ont servi de bon petits déjeuners pour seulement 5cuc et à chaque matin il ont pris le temps de discuter avec nous et nous aider à organiser nos journées. Le parfait petit appart à la havane!!
Pasé cinco semanas en la Maisonette y tengo que decir que fue simplemente perfecto! El apartamento está ubicado en un barrio muy seguro, verde y animado, perfecto para conocer mejor La Habana. El apartamento en sí está bien mantenido, limpio y con su pequeño balcón, ofrece todo lo que necesita. También Teresita y Rafael fueron unos anfitriones maravillosos. Regularmente limpiaban el apartamento y siempre estaban allí para recibir ayuda y consejos. Ya extraño el tiempo en la Maisonnette y sin duda volveré.

El Vedado is home to Malecon, the always crowded sea wall promenade, where you can enjoy a fresh breeze from the sea or witness an impressive wave striking the wall in winter time. It is the place, too, where Havana residents and foreign visitors dance and have lots of fun during Havana’s carnival. There’s no other place in Havana or Cuba where you could find such a wide variety of different services and offerings, such as restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, cafeterias, Wi-Fi connectivity areas, campuses and schools, hospitals and specialized clinics, banks and currency exchange offices, travel and car rental agencies. But Vedado is also a sector of Havana with a rich history, one you can come to know and enjoy amid a peaceful and totally safe atmosphere.
