We stayed for a week with David,Henni and their wonderful family. The food they cooked us was the best we had in Nias, they were so welcoming and the room was comfy and clean with a great bed! We would highly recommend Oseda guest house to anyone who wants a safe, quiet, comfortable and friendly place to stay while working online, surfing, resting and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The family sorted our bike rental, airport transport and everything else we needed during our stay. Thank you!

This place and its locations are excellent. You can walk to the entry point of the surf area in 2 min. David and his family are also very nice and the breakfast is good too.

David and his family and his team are excellent hosts. Their hospitality is splendid, everyone is helpful, wonderfully kind, friendly, professional and welcoming! We stayed in two different rooms, both were very well equipped, very clean, comfortable and the house is perfectly located to check and access the surf as it is right on the keyhole. The food offered is varied and delicious, certainly one of the best food we have eaten in Nias and in Sorake. Eating on the terrasse while watching the surf is perfect! David and his team are doing a great job. It was lovely meeting them all, staying in their lovely place and so very interesting to learn more about Nias from david who speaks excellent English is is very well travelled. David is also very generous with practical and other useful information, he goes beyond the call of duty to ensure that all is smooth and enjoyable for his guests, from the moment we started enquiring with him, till the very last minute at the airport before our flight, and beyond as he even messaged us after we left Nias! We have no hesitation recommending David's place for a great stay (surfing or not) in Sorake. Thank you David and family and team for a wonderful stay!
