Here are some helpful tips when staying at Michelle's Place. ADDRESS: Appleone Banawa Heights Villa 1, 2C2, Rm. 06, Good Shepherd Rd. Banawa Cebu City The apartment is super easy to find. When you get to the gate check in with the Security guard and they will assist you to the room. PARKING: There's no private parking but you can park your car in a free spot inside the complex. KEY ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: The main door has a manual lock. Someone will meet you in the door to hand you the key upon your stay. WIFI: The WIFI network is PLDTHOMEFIBR3310 and the password is in welcome book. AIRCONDITION: You can manually adjust the AC in the living room wall and you can use the remote control on AC in the bedroom wall. However, please try to keep it on 26 degrees and don't leave the AC running when you leave the apartment. APPLIANCES: ● There is a washing machine and clothes drying rack located in the kitchen. It is easy to use or you can take your washing to the laundry located next to the convenience store to have it washed for you. ● The apartment has an electric stove with oven and grill. There are also two small eatery around the complex that can provide a quick meal. THINGS TO DO: There's a lot to do in this complex. Take a walk in a gym and swimming pool on top of the opposite building. The view around the area is spectacular where you can see the mountain from the gym. There's a saloon that open from 9am to 11pm. They offer massage, hair, manicure and pedicure services. Convenience store is open 24/7 they sell foods and alcohol. The swimming pool where you stay is open from Tuesday to Sunday. PRACTICAL TIPS: If you feel like ordering take out, GRAB has lots of options it's a 24 hour service. Download the apps on your phone and it's all ready to go. Some countries used Uber but in Philippines GRAB is what you need. HOUSE RULES: ● Smoking is not allowed in the room. ● Pets are not allowed. ● Parties events not allowed. ● Please be quite between 9:00pm to 8am. ● Check out and check in can be negotiable.
