Our experience was really cool, especially with the hostess. A few more things were not as they were in the photos, for example. The pool was not full and even though it was there for 3 nights it was not full on time unfortunately.

The housekeeping, inventory, cleaners and manager made my stay homely and pleasant. amenities very dated and bathtub leaking. very hot and fans not sufficient but all in all I enjoyed my stay not because of the amenities which was poor but rather because of the beautiful, helpful, friendly staff the went out of their way to make my stay pleasant despite the poor facilities. the no refund policy I feel is bad cos you don't know what you are getting till you get there and too late to cancel. only saving grace are the resident staff who were always very helpful, kind, and just very friendly. not impressed by policy nor of host but the onsite housekeeping team, inventors manager, cleaners and resident manager were over and above excellent team and they made my stay bearable

My family and I had an amazing time, the staff were really friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

Nice location with view of Lake Victoria, pool in the yard which is also safe but having a washing machine would have been even better!
