I really enjoyed my stay. This place was perfect and had everything I needed. Neighbours are friendly and helpful, and security-conscious. Location is perfect, walking distance to ocean, Target, Trader Joe's, 3rd Street Promenade, shops and restaurants. And there is immediate response when something goes wrong, like when the key got stuck in the door one day - the issue was resolved immediately, with no inconvenience to me. Thank you Jason and Dave!

I stayed in one of Jason's apartments for an entire month during the summer. The apartment itself was nice and simple, featuring a balcony and a fully-equipped kitchen. Its location was fantastic for me, as everything I needed was right at my doorstep. There was a good supermarket and a big-box retailer within a five-minute walk and the beach was reachable in 10 to 20 minutes, depending on traffic at the crossings. There were also several gyms nearby, although the apartment block itself had a small one. What truly stood out was the exceptional support by Jason and the resident maintenance technician. Both were friendly and super helpful. Any issues that did arise (of which there were very few) were resolved within minutes. I was highly impressed with Jason's prompt communication. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and for this reason, the next time I'm in Santa Monica, I'll gladly choose to stay at Jason's place again!

It's a great location close to the metro. I had a long-term stay while looking for a permanent place in LA and it's pretty basic but it does the job. There were a couple of issues however Jason was always on top of things and maintenance was friendly and communicative.
