Our stay at the condo was great! The view from every window was beautiful and we loved seeing the sunset from the living room! The condo itself was clean, cozy, and only 4 steps away from the lake. My boyfriend caught 7 catfish from the patio! Ron offered to show us the best catfish hole in the area and was a very respectful host. He was always quick to respond and even stopped by to drop some dish sponges outside our door when we needed them. The area had great food (The Wave, Texpino) and thanks to Ron's accommodations we'd love to book again.

Ron's place is located on a more peaceful part of Lake Conroe with beautiful views ! Condo is cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed, and fairly priced too... Grounds are well maintained with plenty of parking and lots of open grassy area to walk pets. It is also located just a few yards from The Southern Empress Paddle boat... Best part was fishing right from the patio! ..The condos were built in the 80's, with that in mind they are a bit outdated but well kept.

The place is a great location, right in the lake and just as pictured. We had an issue arise during our stay and the host responded immediately.

There’s something peaceful about staying on the water and experiencing sunsets and sunrises. This home doesn’t disappoint. They were extremely quick to respond. My daughter wanted to fish while we were there. Our host went out of his way to pick up bait and drop it off for her to fish off the porch. She caught 4 sunfish (1 we threw back), and 2 catfish. He also picked up 2 larger size coffee cups because all they had were smaller ones (which I knew I would end up overflowing 😝), and more coffee. The bed and sofa was comfortable, and it’s so nice to wake up to such a pretty view too. Our dogs stayed looking out the windows and glass door the entire time we were there. We would book again!
