I had a lovely 10 night stay at Laura’s place. She and her family were very friendly and relaxed and shared spaces such as kitchen and bathroom felt welcoming. The area is a bit of a trek into central London which I expected but good transport to many areas. Lovely views as it’s a hilly area. Bed was comfy and room was perfect for what I needed and very affordable. There was some construction while I was there but I spent a lot of my time out of the flat so wasn’t too much of an issue. Thanks Laura, would stay again!

Laura and her family are lovely. Room is exactly as described, very comfy bed. Cute cat! Good location, in between Forest Hill and Sydneham Hill stations. Buses right at the door of the house to get you everywhere you need to go. Lauras family are very considerate of guests, always found it to be quiet, shared bathroom never an issue. Would happily stay again, thanks for a lovely stay.
