It is definitely a nice place with peaceful neighbourhood and quiet surroundings. The room is big enough for one person. The building also feel safe. However, you have to pass three doors to get to your room and you might need some time to get used to the lock of the second door. I have problem on opening it although the host has given me instruction. At last, I have to ask for help from the people living in the building. Anyway, it's not a big problem, just remember to turn slightly right so that you can pull the door. The biggest problem was cockroaches. I have skimmed through the comments below and seems it began to be a problem since one month ago. At midnight, cockroaches were crawling out from the kitchen and bathroom, where are the most common places you could find cockroaches. I believe a thorough cleaning and sterilisation are needed as one cockroach means there are way more of them then you can see.

bed sheets were dirty not clean ..last guests long hair all over the bed sheets pillow not clean .. i have to wait 30 min extra to since the last guest left late so they didnt change the bed sheets or pillow cases i informed but they dinied ... some orther sheets i used... bed was not standerd . bit uncomfortable too... 2 lock didnt open ...so I have to call and get it open...they sid the lock is tricky ...i wasted time trying and waiting ...

Close walk to central station which was perfect. Quiet place. Well equipped kitchenette. Bed is good for 1 person, but a bit tight for 2. Clean and tidy.

Checked in around 5pm, lasted until midnight and had to contact air bnb to get a refund and find another hotel. Cockroaches crawling from out the kitchen and bathroom… I’m sorry but I can’t do sleep with that. Stained pillows and all in all dated and filthy. After sending the photos of said cockroaches crawling over the kitchen worktop and floor to host, they responded with ‘there isn’t any cockroaches!’.. it’s a shame because it has so much potential.
