很幸运，Debi的房子离女儿的学校宿舍相当近！到达当天航班晚点，半夜联系她也及时回应，并帮我们迅速地找到正确的位置，期间还提供很周到的帮助，十分感谢周到的服务和设施完善、温馨的住所，期待下次入住！

This is the third time we’ve stay at The Mews, we come down every December with our family to see the the Christmas lights in London and explore Windsor. Each time we’ve been in a different house each one has been great. This one (Falabella) is ideal for anyone we young kids, we came with a 2yr & 4yr old and with everything being in the same level there was no worries about stairs, both the entrance and the back door are child proof for young kids too. Location is great!!! Windsor is a short drive, train to London in 30mins. Can’t recommend this place enough, We’ll be back next year!

Overall we had a good stay. Debi was very responsive to address anything that came up. A couple of things to keep an eye out for: the front gate/driveway is extremely tight if you have a large car. The second bedroom is very small (not much larger than the bed), and there were some minor issues that could use maintenance. Otherwise everything else was good, including nice touches like a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us on arrival. The proximity to Windsor train station, plenty of restaurants and shops within a short drive, and the airport was excellent.

Thank you for an amazing stay. We felt right at home in the beautiful Farabella Cottage and the magnificent garden. The support staff are so helpful, friendly and efficient.
