Forming the entire lower level of a fabulous 19th century Georgian property this spacious self-contained apartment contains front facing lounge and kitchen, rear facing bedroom with ensuite shower-room, separate shower-room, study and courtyard. Finished to a very high standard, recently entirely refurbished and styled by Pam, you will find the apartment to be a charming, peaceful and comfortable base for your visit. Situated within 4 Marine Terrace, Aberdeen which is itself a fabulous three storey townhouse within the historic conservation area of Ferryhill, Aberdeen to the south-west of Aberdeen City Centre. The apartment has everything needed for a quiet, relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything here is new from the kitchen to the hairdryer, you will find it to be shining like a pin! A real home from home in which to enjoy the lovely city of Aberdeen. Our collection of art, antiques and decorative curios ensure there is always something to catch your eye - hopefully making your time inside our apartment as interesting and exciting as your outdoor exploration of Aberdeen. Within a 10 minute walk of the city centre you enter the apartment, down a short flight of stairs, via its own entrance at ground level and into your own bright hallway. To the right you will find the lounge and kitchen, in front is the courtyard and to the left is the shower-room. Along the hall to the right is the study and thereafter the rear facing bedroom with en-suite shower-room. The apartment is set within the lower floor of a Grade B listed Georgian property and measures 85 square metres. The property itself is situated within Marine Terrace AB11 7SF. This is a dead end road (with only 9 houses and flats to the end of it on one side of the street) which is exceptionally quiet with little to no traffic. Marine Terrace is only a 10 minute walk of both Union Street, the main high street of the city centre, and Union Square with all the local amenities, restaurants, bars and cafes. Within Union Square you will find both the Rail and Bus Stations, Marks & Spencer Food Hall, Boots Chemist and a Cinema. In a city so busy this location is most exclusive. Your stay will be truly hassle free. Items include hi speed WiFi, fully fitted kitchen with new Range Cooker with induction hob and duel oven, dining area set within a bright window seat location of the kitchen and lounge, full size integrated fridge/freezer and integrated dishwasher. A separate washing machine and dryer is located within the washhouse adjacent to the rear of the property. In the lounge are comfortable sofas and a flat screen television with multi channels. In the bedroom you have a super comfortable king size mattress with memory foam and goose down duvet. Wardrobe space is large with separate shelved storage cupboard and chest of drawers. Both shower rooms comprise drench showers with separate shower rinser set, sink and WC and are tiled with one ensuite to the bedroom.

The property is absolutely stunning and has been perfectly fitted out and styled by Pam. We loved all the unique furnishings and there was something interesting to look at in every corner. The bed was very comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Positioned in Ferryhill, a beautiful historic part of town, our place is pretty much set in a leafy village right in the centre of the city.
Within an easy 10 minute walk of the City Centre, Railway and Bus Stations as well as the open spaces of Aberdeen’s main park, Duthie Park with it’s award winning Winter Gardens. The area has its own charming identity with local shops close by. Enjoying a peaceful and quiet location set within a leafy dead end street - unusual for such a central location.
On-street parking is available right outside the front of the property. Regular bus service is readily available with bus stops being a few minutes walk of the apartment. Space for bikes is provided within the coal cellar in the exclusive courtyard.
