I can't give enough superlatives about Sandy. To say she is responsive is a big understatement. We had a freak massive thunderstorm on our first night, which caused some flooding on the property (and others in the neighborhood and in Arizona City). She had a crew there immediately (Thanks John and Martha!), who cleaned things up promptly. What could have been a very disruptive situation was quickly resolved. And she followed up after that to make sure our needs were met. We are looking forward to doing business with Sandy again!

The house was very nice and comfortable. Everything we needed was available in the house. Beautiful patio and backyard right on lake. Was too cold to enjoy it though. Below average temperatures while we were there. Very quiet neighborhood. Town is located within hour of bigger cities and attractions. Sandra was awesome to work with.

This was, by far, the most comfortable home we have rented! Sandra was excellent to work with, the home was exactly as described, and had everything we needed and more! The beds were incredibly comfortable as was all the other furniture. Check in and check out, were incredibly smooth with excellent instructions. The location was great… Nice and close to Cassa grande a less than an hour away from sky harbor. The location was great… Nice and close to Cassa grande and less than an hour away from sky harbor.
