This Condo was excellent, had a beautiful view, It was awesome to hear the ocean waves 24/7. Condo was Super clean. The kitchen well equipped with everything you would need for cooking/preparing meals. The pools were perfect, loved having loungers reserved your entire stay. Staff great, very friendly & helpful. The grounds were immaculate, restaurant on site had a good selection & reasonably priced. Thank you Erika &J.C for being so quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved this place & hope to return!

The Monarca property is a beautiful setting at the quiet end of the Ixtapa beach. Even though this is an older building, it is in good condition and the grounds and pool area is a park like setting that rivals a botanical garden. The entire staff at the facility are friendly and professional. The ocean and sunset views from the patio are outstanding. The condo was as described, clean and well supplied. I would suggest updating the photos as there have been some minor changes to the furnishings. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
