Good place for an overnight near the airport in a basic high rise apartment. The balcony has a nice view, elevator works fine, nice air-conditioning, comfortable bed, handy to shopping mall, trains, and airport. Location lacks charm, clothes washer did not work, bathtub is high and slippery, and the only shower is a hand-held nozzle (no hook to hang). Anti-skid mats for the tub are needed. Kitchen needs small plates and microwave. Bedroom door scrapes on the floor. The landlord was heavy on what not to do but not on useful information, e.g. about the AC and TV, train, or the nice trail in the vicinity. The listing said we would be met by building staff. Not the case – we received texts about finding the keys and access code. The information was not released until we reached the front gate. It would be impossible to get into the house if one had phone trouble. The landlord contacted us 3 times about paying the occupancy tax, not once with helpful information about unit or neighborhood

Clean, shower needs improvement. Fold out bed very uncomfortable. Close to train station. Quiet.
