We enjoyed our stay in Newport Beach. The condo is as it appears in pictures with two reasonably sized bedrooms, a bathroom, and combined living area, dining area, and kitchen space. Both beds were comfortable, and each bedroom has its own air conditioning. The patio is large and has a sitting area, a dining area, and a gas grill. Traffic on Marguerite was sometimes busy, but it was not an issue for us and noise was fine in condo. The apartment was clean and the communications with the owner were good. There is one space for a car in a garage and on-street parking if needed. The condo is 1 block to oceanside street and about half mile walk down to the Corona Del Mar public beach. We drove to the beach when we went and had no trouble parking on the weekdays we were there in May (weekend was busier). Owner provided beach chairs. The condo is also easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants along Coast Highway. We would definitely stay here again.

Douglas was an exceptional host and the apartment was absolutely perfect for our Family of four. We have lived in CDM several times earlier, but never with a better location or nicer interior as this one. This is really bang for the buck. We would love to come back!

My daughter and I were there April 17-23 and it was the perfect spot for us - location was perfect for getting to the stores and places we wanted to go. Yet, it was quiet in the evenings. We loved being able to walk to the beach a block away. We went to two of the restaurants that Doug recommended and they were both excellent. We only wish we had been there a little longer to try the other bakeries and cafes. The weather was a bit rainy for a few of the days we were there but we did get to sit out on the lovely porch area twice. Also, it's so handy to have the beach chairs, etc. available in the garage. Also, nice to have the garage and not have to deal with street parking. Douglas is such a responsive host - so appreciated! We will definitely come back again!

We went with our 4 year old and it was extremely quick and beautiful walk to the beach, spacious private patio with tree shade to enjoy, lots of sand toys and all the essential beach equipment including wagon for the child. Morning walks with breathtaking CDM ocean views that reminded me of Kapalua bay on Maui! Location is amazing: clean safe and walkable, very quiet at night and lively throughout the day. Great value airbnb to enjoy such a beautiful area of SoCal. Would definitely come back again!
