Huang is a tremendously considerate host. The apartment was the cleanest Airbnb that I've ever stayed in, and it was equipped with so many essentials and supplies. The listing was very accurate, and Huang even checked with me before accepting my request about any little minor things that I might care about such as water pressure/flow. Check in was very easy and he was always communicative and helpful. I think it's a great apartment for the price, and there are definitely some perks to the area such as hiking and enjoying a lot of local food at a nearby food court and other misc restaurants. I think you will enjoy your stay and be well looked after if you book this apartment with Huang as your host. There were also no issues with noise from other apartments/outside, and the AC works well. I am a very sensitive sleeper, but it was a comfortable stay for me.

Excellent stay. The forest trail is a very close authentic tropical forest.

Very nice, clean and quiet apartment next to the forest track of Wawasan hill. The owner is very kind and flexible, very helpful. Internet connection great, if you have online job you can work online from here. The aparment is well equipped for a short or even for a long stay. I just recomend it to everyone. If I am visiting Malaysia again, I will definately come back here to stay.

Very comfortable stay, had all the amenities, furniture as listed
