Welcome to this house with private pool in the countryside for 5 people. It is the perfect place for those who look for a quiet vacation. This house with incredible views to the mountains and the southern coast of Mallorca has 3 bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with a single bed. There are two bathrooms. There are fans available for summer, central heating and a log fire. The kitchen, living and dining room form an open space. In the living you will be able to relax on the comfy sofas watching satellite TV or surfing the internet. The kitchen is equipped with blender, microwave, fridge, gas stove and oven, coffee machine, toaster, juice maker, kettle and a lot more. You will also find washing machine, iron and ironing board. The exteriors are beautiful: go out to the terrace to enjoy the fantastic views, swim in the 8 x 3.75 meters pool, sunbathe, have a BBQ or organize an outdoor breakfast with your family! In addition, the house is environmentally friendly, as it has solar panels. The house is located 6 km from Felanitx, where you will be able to find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, surgery and a lot more. By car you can easily get to the beach of Portocolom, Mondragó Natural Park, Es Trenc (natural beach) or Colònia de Sant Jordi, where you will find many services. The city of Palma is just 46 km from the house; there you will find a great leisure offer that includes culture, history and modernity. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets up to 5.00 kg are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 4 cars. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will be asked for your personal information in order to submit the police registry form a few days before the check-in. Aufgrund der fehlenden Bewertungen hatten wir schon vorher ein ungutes Gefühl bei der Unterkunft. Zur Lage: Die Unterkunft liegt an einem Hang und man kann von der Terasse aus bis zum Meer blicken. Die abgeschiedene Lage sorgt allerdings dafür, dass man eigentlich zwingend einen Mietwagen benötigt um Einkäufe zu machen oder etwas zu unternehmen. Die Anfahrt über eine sehr schmale, steil Auffahrt ist für ungeübte Fahrer sicher nicht einfach. Zur Unterkunft: Die komplette Einrichtung ist abgelebt und entspricht nicht mehr dem Stand der Bilder, außerdem roch es in dem Haus bei unserem Aufenthalt extrem streng. Das Geschirr sowie Duschen und Toiletten waren schmutzig. Am schlimmsten für uns waren allerdings die Betten, die keinen erholsamen Schlaf erlauben, da man ständig das Gefühl hat bekrabbelt zu werden. Für uns eine komplette Katastrophe und selbst zu diesem niedrigen Preis absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
Séjour parfait pour une déconnexion totale, le cadre est magnifique. Seul petit bémol pour la literie un peu ancienne et de ce fait pas très confortable. Dans l'ensemble un séjour parfait, très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires et très bonne communication.

Maison typique majorquine, au calme et avec une très belle vue. Nous avons passé un séjour reposant.
Increíble lugar para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos. El lugar y la vista es hermosa, en el medio de la montaña mallorquina, rodeado de olivos. Pasar tiempo en la pileta o en la galería es el mejor plan. La casa no está muy bien mantenida, pero tiene su encanto. No tiene aire acondicionado (solo ventiladores) y las duchas de los baños no son muy buenas. Se llenaba de hormigas en la cocina si dejabas comida. De todas formas recomiendo esta propiedad por su entorno natural para conectar con la energía mallorquina.
