there is a busy place and close to junction Square (10 munites by walk) a lot of local street food around that area. there is a fitness club behind that building ( 2 munites by walk) if you wanna get gym. 3000/day entrance. 6 floor if you are disable person it is not suitable for you to stay because no lift. there are not WIFI in room you should have your own 3G if you want to stay here. room with AC enough cold. becareful of water pump you need to ask the owner how to work with it. don't open the door or window if you don't want to feed those mosquito. I had stay here for 5 day and feel ok with this budget.

The place is comfy for a brief stay. It is located near a Junction Square mall and a bus stop also there are many local food vendors around. It is the perfect place to immerse yourself with local life although it is a bit far from downtown (a bus ride from nearby bus stop would take about 20-30 minutes). The only let down is that the place is located on the 5th/6th floor and there is no lift but a rather steep stairs (so make sure you are physically fit). If you need any help or question do not hesitate to ask Ye. He is helpful and always available.

This flat has all the basic amenities and is in a great location. The host was helpful and responded quickly. - thank you! The Yangon heat was a little too much for the air condition at times.

Basic but okay accommodation. The location is relatively good, and Ye was a responsive host. Okay value for money. A few extra things could really lift the place, however.
