Private apartment in a house with two entrances, with chimney, three comfy rooms, ample living room, all furnished and with all services to have a pleasant stay in the Mantaro Valley. Public transportation (colectivos), can be taken at the door for easy access to downtown Huancayo in 10 minutes, yet the neighbourhood is quiet and safe with grocery stores around the block. Vivienda primer piso con dos entradas, chimenea, tres habitaciones, sala de estar, todo amoblado y con todos los servicios. The apartment is something you won't find in Huancayo 300 m2, completely independent apartment, sealed doors to keep the air and heat in the house, chimney in the living room, new beds, mattresses and bedlinen, it also has reclining sofas, big windows with lots of natural light, main room is in a mid level floor with a Balcony. All This and more makes the house an excellent place to rest and relax after a long day in Huancayo or visiting the beautiful Mantaro Valley. El apartamento es algo que no encontrarás en Huancayo tiene una área de 300 m2, completamente independiente, puertas selladas para mantener el aire y el calor en la casa, chimenea en la sala de estar, camas nuevas, colchones y ropa de cama, también tiene sofás reclinables, grandes ventanas con mucha luz natural, la habitación principal se encuentra en un piso de nivel medio con un balcón. Todo esto y más hacen de la casa un excelente lugar para descansar y relajarse después de un largo día en Huancayo o visitar el hermoso Valle del Mantaro.

great owners, very clean, updated property, well equipped kitchen, the property is as advertised. Bathroom need updating. very accommodating host. Good location. A great place for a week or longer stay, really all you need is there except the food. Have fun

The property is located in el Tambo, in Urbanización Alborada, the neighbourhood is outside of the noisy Downtown, but close enough to be there within 10-15 minutes with one of the "Colectivos" or a taxi, which there are plenty.
All around the house live families and there are some grocery stores as well as small family owned restaurants.
A small park is also a block from the house.
La propiedad se encuentra en el distrito de El Tambo, en la Urbanización Alborada, el vecindario está fuera del ruidoso centro de la ciudad, pero lo suficientemente cerca para estar allí en 10-15 minutos con uno de los "Colectivos" o un taxi, que hay muchos.
Alrededor de la casa viven familias y hay algunas tiendas de comestibles, así como pequeños restaurantes familiares.
Un pequeño parque también está a una cuadra de la casa.

The best way to go to downtown is to take a "colectivo", it's a car that is shared with other commuters, it's available, cheap (1.5 soles) and you will be seating.
Taxi is your best option to travel somewhere else than downtown, any ride within the city from the house is less than 10 soles on average, to downtown it will cost you about 6 soles.
Huancayo now has two malls which are also some 10-15 minutes distance from the house, the closest súper market is Plaza Vea about 5 minutes car distance.
There are very few bus lines in Huancayo, and these need a lot of development so we suggest not using them.

La mejor manera de ir al centro es tomar un "colectivo", es un automóvil que se comparte con otros pasajeros, está disponible, es barato (1,20 soles).
Los taxis son su mejor opción para viajar a otro lugar que no sea el centro de la ciudad, cualquier viaje dentro de la ciudad desde la casa cuesta menos de 10 soles en promedio, hasta el centro le costará unos 6 soles.
Huancayo ahora tiene dos centros comerciales que también están a unos 10-15 minutos de distancia de la casa, el supermercado más cercano es Plaza Vea a unos 5 minutos de distancia en automóvil.
Hay muy pocas líneas de autobuses en Huancayo, y estas necesitan un gran desarrollo, por lo que sugerimos no utilizarlas.
