we stayed at this property for two nights. overall the property and rooms are as shown in the photos. However, the rooms werely poorly maintained, bathrooms were dirty, worn out. The bed linen and towels were dirty. The rooms were worn out. The Yv was not working in any of the rooms. Basic stuff the toilet tissues were not provided. The property has a kitchen and cook. However, the staff takes long time and were rather unprofessional. a small part of the lake is visible from the property, but the lake is 2 km away from the property. it's remotely located and not very easy to reach. Overall, it's offers an average accomodation.

Here is my review for this place Location 9/10 Location is awesome and having clear sight of Naukuchiyatal. Instead of going somewhere else for enjoying Sunset in Nainital, one shall stay at this place and enjoy tea and pakodas on table. However, please note people with back injury or back problem or pregnant ladies shall avoid this place as access road to this place is very narrow and bumpy. Hopefully, Local body will improve that in future. In House Restaurant 10/10 Cook is really fantastic and he prepared all the dishes with great taste and hygiene. Mr. Chandan was really fantastic person and very prompt in service. They will prepare food asper your choice (less salt, less sugar, less oil, etc) Cleanliness: 10/10 Brijwasi ji taking good care of property and along with chandan, they both were eager to serve customers. Rooms are net and clean. However house furniture requires some maintenance.Room Doors and Toilet Accessories are either faulty or not of use. Mr.Singh is very nice person and very useful for the guests. He ensured that we do not face any issues while our stay. However, He should talk to Mr. Brijwasi Ji over behaviour issues. He should consider all human beings equal, Drivers are also professionals and being human they also deserve self respect. If someone is not behaving well he should discuss with the main guest or responsible person in customer, instead of creating issue with drivers. Personally i did not like that, otherwise he was nice to us and all customers.

Flimsy with no Fun. 1.Most of the amenities mentioned are either not available/not working or available on demand. Tv are just boxes with no satellite connection/ set top boxes. 2. No sony bluetooth system as mentioned. Bring your own speakers. 3. Toiletries are not kept in all the rooms. 4.Kettles are available only on demand. Please dont expect complimentary tea bags etc. 5. microwave is broken. So many amenities (blender oven)mentioned but no proper kitchen available. 6. Only book if you are interested to use their cafe. We were a group of 8 and had 3 proper meals. Total bill was around 8k. 7.Approachability is not good. One has to come by old village road which is broken and very narrow. I have my duster and faced issues if two cars came together Positive: Lake is very nearby and we did a trek. 8. Lack of communication between staff members and owner. Staff members do not know what Amenities are mentioned on Airbnb. Owner Sanjay Singh does not pick your call after booking calls if you face any issue. He behaves like Some VIP that you can message me only. 9 please do not book if you are planning to prepare your own food. Staff will not help you at all plus they will charge you 150rs per meal as cleaning charges. Staff member Chandan Goswami is courteous and knows how to service. Rest all the staff members are not courteous at all. I will not recommend this property at all.

One of the great and most private properties in Naukuchiatal . They have a team of people Chandan & Brijwasi who will take of the food or any other help required. Our group of friends also did a bonfire. This has lake view from the 1st floor and a private cafe which is very neat & clean. The host guided us about the good places to visit in near by. And always made sure whether we needed anything. All in all i would rate a 5 star to this property.

Thanks Sanjay for a well coordinated short vacation with the family. We loved the place and the way it has been maintained. The food prepared by the Brijwasi's was too good as well as their attitude is commendable.
