If you are after a place to kick back and have a great relaxing family holiday, this is the place for you. Well located near the beaches with large living areas and everything else you need for your stay including children’s toys, books and buckets for the beach! We loved the large living space and huge dining table to accommodate all of us. Karen was a very accommodating host and our family (eight adults and five kids under five years) wished that we could have stayed longer. Internal wooden stairs were a bit tricky with toddlers but we managed to corral them in the living areas!

Brilliant place, perfect for three families. We each had our own bathroom! Bunks and retreat downstairs was fabulous. We will be back

The house is in a great location and the deck at the back of the house was fabulous. We spent most of our time on the deck. We had a few issues with the third bathroom which were fixed within a couple of hours of reporting this to Karen. We were really impressed with the speed of the response. The kitchen however was a disappointment. The freezer section of the fridge had a broken drawer making it difficult to close. The oven was filthy and the markings around the knobs were so worn that they were unreadable. There were also tiny ants in the upstairs sections which got into any food that was left out. This taught us very quickly to put everything in into airtight containers. While the kitchen was a bit of a disappointment we enjoyed our stay and one of our group is going to book it for another holiday with friends.

We loved to stay at Karen’s home. Short stroll to the beach, great location with beautiful and peaceful surroundings, well equiped kitchen and enough room for big groups. Please note this place is excluding air condition. Only 1 portable fan was provided for master bedroom which was not enough. Both bedrooms (including bunk bedroom) in downstair were hot and humid. Kids didn’t have good sleep at night! We informed Karen about this issue but she didn’t take any necessary steps. Queen bed in downstairs had crack and clamp. Not enough bathroom amenities were provided. Outdoor deck wasn’t clean properly.
