This home is a peaceful gem in a peaceful town. The backyard leads to walking trails and the home is just down the street from the general store. The inside of the home is clean and cozy. This listing is a great value for anyone wishing to spend a few days in the woods hiking during the day and enjoying peaceful evenings at night.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin felt so warm and familiar immediately. Gerardo is responsive and helpful. He's put attention and effort into making the guest's stay seamless. The kitchen is well stocked with pristine pots and pans, a coffee maker, a great oven and trays to go with. The fridge is great. All around, not problems.

Gerardo and Chris are the perfect hosts for their beautiful cabin getaway! They made the stay so easy and enjoyable! The cabin is well-appointed, clean and cozy. At the quiet end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by wilderness and fantastic views all around - incredibly quiet and peaceful. Quail and jays frequent the property… lying on the comfy hammock chairs and enjoying nature, the views were fantastic. Easy access to the trail behind the house-steps from the back deck, and a ton of nearby hiking trails. There’s so much to do at the cabin: romantic fire, board games, dance to records. The view of the snow from the front window was awesome and the sunsets were gorgeous. Comfy beds and couches and loved the two decks! Don’t miss Fern Lake down the street - fully stocked and beautiful picnic grounds. We couldn’t ask for more-definitely one of our best AirBnB stays ever! A 5-star experience close to home that felt a world away. Thanks, Gerardo and Chris!
