Much bigger than it seemed in the listing. Will stay again next time I am in Pawhuska if it's available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pawhuska. Robert’s house was exactly what we needed. The outside of the house has been newly painted. The inside is a rather charming architecture and setup. There was plenty of bed space for my whole family (hard to find with my family size), and we could have fit a couple more. One of the previous reviews mentioned a lack of coffee, so I brought my own. However, Robert now has plenty of k-cups and a machine for them. I used the French press. He has a very helpful kettle for hot water, which I always appreciate. Another review mentioned a smell of cat urine. If that was there in the past, it has been mitigated. I did smell the cleaning agent that is often used to clean up cat accidents. Next time I visit Pawhuska, I’ll consider Robert’s house to be home.

This Airbnb is very basic. We needed it just for an overnight trip into Bartlesville/Pawhuska. We booked it the night before and Robert's check-in instructions were perfect. House is very clean. But again, very basic. We had upstairs access and only 1 of the 2 split airs worked. There is a gas fireplace up there that kept it plenty warm enough though. Driveway is VERY narrow. Even with my compact vehicle it was up on the side curb. Couch has a slight cat urine smell to it. We sprayed it with Lysol and used a blanket to cover it while sitting on it. All in all this is a great place to stay over night and the price was perfect. We would definitely stay again of the need for an overnight trip came up.
