All in all, we can say that we were more than satisfied with the accommodation. I would especially like to thank Antonella for her hospitality and help - she is a great host! Important points about the accommodation: 1) To the center of Tropea about 30-40 minutes on foot (or you can rent a car/scooter and get there faster) 2) The wild beach is 10-15 mins away, but it takes quite a long walk through the rocks, but it's definitely worth it! 3) It's not really a separate apartment, rather a room in the house with Host, with a separate shower and kitchen, but the privacy is enough, we were happy 4) There's a railroad a few meters away, we thought it might bother us, but it turned out that the noise from there is hardly noticeable = trains run quite rarely and in small trains. 5) There are a lot of insects and lizards crawling around, so we should always close the doors and be careful. 6) The kitchen is pretty well equipped and has everything you need to cook your own food. Overall a solid 8/10, thank you Antonella!

Antonella was a wonderful host and the place is so cute and well decorated. While it is small, it was a great size for one or two people and it has a lot of soul and made me feel at home. The patio and table are also very nice in the morning if you want to have breakfast outside.

Great location. Easy to get to. Close to beaches, historic district and shopping.
