Amazing location! A++ if you’re traveling with a boat and leveraging the water ways this is a great spot. Dock worked fine for my 24’ boat. Great party house if that’s what you’re looking for. Older home for sure. Towels and linens were clean however we did have to do some kitchen cleaning. If you’re looking for a “house” to spend time in this is just “meh”. Old and musty. However, if you’re looking for a great location with large yard. Hot tub. Waterway. Horse shoes. Fire pit. Large private yard this is a great spot!

0/10- owner is non responsive and a scammer. Tries to charge you $300 cash for a cleaning fee in his “house rules”- hot tub is broken with plants growing out of it. Boat dock is smashed up and not usable. Showed up after our instant booking- had no door code- owner ignored our calls- and it ended in my wife and I having to stay in a hotel after calling air bnb customer service. The place was not usable even if there was a door code. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Frank was a great host. The day before our stay he called us to give us a run down of the rental and we had a very relaxing stay. The location has fantastic views and it was exactly what we needed. It was just me and my husband and golden retriever but this house can hold a lot of people! From kayaking to the hot tub and the garage converted to a gaming area, there is plenty to do at this house!
