Door omstandigheden kwam ik ontzettend vroeg aan bij de Airbnb. Echter heeft Lorraine me gelijk opgevangen en mocht ik mijn kamer in. Het terrein werd goed bijgehouden en er was altijd bewaking aanwezig. Enige minpunt was dat de kamer niet erg schoon was.

I am writting this as a backpacker who walked from the bus station to Lorraine's place, because I like to see local life, and want to give my personal perspective. The owner is very nice/proactive & will go out of her way to help you. She provides drinking water & maintains the property beautifully. There are restaurants within walking distance & a ocean front party street. You are also 4-5km from a national park (the big mountain), which has a good hike & nice beach. 100 peso to enter. There are things in the DR that you can't control... Noise is one of them. I spent 2 nights, which were completely different in regards to noise. 1st night: -you could here music from locals 1km away until 12am -the guest next door tired to be very quiet, but I could hear them "having fun", which is just from the design of the building -there was a water pump near my window that went off at 8am 2nd night: absolutely peaceful and no 8am water pump sound 😀 The water is warm - just adjust heat switch

El lugar era muy tranquilo y el personal muy servicial. El agua de la ducha no está caliente. Tenga en cuenta que los mosquitos son muy comunes.

Es un hospedaje con una bonita vista y bonito jardín, pero es un hotel para pasar solo la noche, hay demasiados mosquitos, no hay mucho que hacer en el, el agua caliente no funciona y no hay bbq.
