Johannes's place is in a great location, just ~10 minutes walk from the U-Bahn station, and a minute away from the nearest bus station. He was a great and friendly host and quickly solved any problems or questions I had about the place or the locality. I stayed there for more than a month and quickly felt at home. The place also has a Sauna, so if you have any bit of Nordic blood in you, you're just gonna love that place ;) On New Year's Eve, we celebrated together and he even bought us some fireworks to enjoy which was awesome. Overall, it's a great place, very nicely located and with Johannes, you will have a very friendly and a great host who is more than happy to show you around and give recommendations about places to visit and even some brief history lessons about Bavaria if you're interested in them. Totally recommend, 5/5 stars!
