A cheap nightly rate hides costs you will incur because nothing is included by default. When we arrived there was dust, hair and stains on the beds, and a smell of smoke throughout. The listing was described as smoke free but it smelt very strongly of smoke. The listing was also unclear what came as standard: we were surprised to learn that linen was not included. It’s worth knowing that apartment comes with nothing by default: you might have to buy soap, washing up liquid and even toilet roll. Oxygene is an agency who have lots of apartments, so check-in was picking up keys from an office and taking additional payment. This falls well below the standard of check-in at other Airbnb places. The nightly rate looked good but it hides the costs of nothing being included. Linen, toilet roll and other basics should be included by default (do people really ever bring their own linen for a week of skiing?)

Dommage que nos commentaires et demandes à notre arrivée n’aient pas été prises en compte (propreté et dis fonctionnement des éclairages). Pourtant le monsieur de l’agence nous a affirmé régler le problème dès le lendemain. Personne n’est jamais venu! Manque de sérieux de l’agence…
