Dead bugs in every room, cobwebs, dirty appliances, dirty floors, as well as a lot of the rooms, chairs, appliances don’t match what they have shown and shared in the listing. As well as no cleaning products to clean it ourselves. We then contacted our host about the situation and she was extremely rude and passive aggressive. Saying things like “you’re in flordia there are bugs” and telling me the mold on the drains was just normal “wear and tear”. She then proceeded to accuse me of not looking at the listing close enough and it’s my fault I’m unhappy with the home. Then we contacted air bnb support and they helped us immediately! We appreciate that. After that interaction we knew if we had any more issues she would not be very helpful. As well as taking 9 hours to respond. Our second night we bought a ton of groceries and realized that the oven barely works. It took baked potatoes 3 1/2 hours to

Rena took over 12 hours to respond to our TV problem. She was sick but we didn’t know that. All and all it worked out great with installing Roku. She could have more silverware, utensils and paring knives. We really enjoyed our stay and if we ever come back we would stay again!!

One of my favorite houses to stay in Melbourne. 2nd year here and it's just as good as last year. Very convenient to all the big shopping areas. Quiet and safe neighborhood. You will hear cars from a noisy intersection about a 1/2 mile from the house. But the house is big with tons of chairs for guests. Huge dining table, breakfast table, office desk. Dishwasher, washer, dryer all work great. And a huge garage for your car and bike. Thanks Rena!
