PARTIAL HOME RENTAL- MAX 10 ppl HOT TUB OPEN YEAR ROUND POOL OPEN JUNE-OCT (Exclusive outdoor space, full lower level and 2 top floor rooms) owners remain on main floor and sleep top floor master bedroom No full home rentals at this time July 2021 we decided to do a massive outdoor reno, and change our old deck to modern and classic interlock, and we opened up the side yard for more space to relax in!! Exclusive rooms and amenities as listed, with private entrance. Owners are on site but in own space. So many amenities to make your stay an enjoyable and unique experience! A northern escape- a feeling of sophisticated cottage life. During Winter, this is the perfect apres ski for the snow bunnies- as blue mountain is about45 mins away. The Barrie waterfront only 8 minutes away which hosts an abundance of events, including New Year’s Eve festivities like ice skating and fireworks! Tons of bars clubs and cafes are all super close. Downtown Barrie is amazing for entertainment! The top floor holds two guest rooms, Room A with a Double Bed, Room B, two singles, one queen air, a futon and one single air. Room B has a connecting Ensuite for your exclusive use. The walk out basement features Room C, with a Queen bed. The other two Air Queens are in the communal space for your use. The walk out basement has a large bathroom beside the bar/kitchenette area. The Kitchenette features a bar sink, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Tassimo, toaster oven and basic kitchen items for your use. The Basement gives direct walk out access to the newly renovated over 2000 sq ft of interlocking patio space, featuring a hot tub, gazebo, pool, gas firepit, cabana bed, outdoor dining tables, and plenty of lounge chairs, overlooking private forest. Pool closed Oct to May. Adults must be capable swimmers. Pool is shallow on either side and deeper in the middle (6 feet approx) NO DIVING permitted. Hot tub is at a bubbling 104 degrees and ready to soothe your tired muscles! No more than agreed upon amount of people are allowed on the property is authorized. No other guests are allowed to be invited to the property or neighborhood. These areas are exclusive to you, other areas not listed such as other rooms/additional bathrooms/kitchen are off limits. As stated in owner- guest interactions, I live on site, but will remain on main floor living area or in master bedroom- giving you all the privacy you require- we won’t share amenities at all. You must be older than 25 to book property preferably. We reserve the right to terminate your contract for ANY REASON pertaining to feeling unsafe/non compliance of rules.
